The Process
How It Works
Test
After a quick fit check and consent forms, your kit ships to your door. Collect a small hair sample at home and mail it in.
Review
We meet for an hour to go over your child's results in plain language. You'll get a recording to rewatch anytime.
Plan
You leave with one to three doable steps. Four to six weeks later, we check in to see what's working and fine-tune.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. HTMA is a screening tool that shows mineral patterns. It doesn't diagnose a deficiency, ADHD, autism, anxiety, or any other condition. I read your child's results alongside their history, diary, and daily life.
Kids and teens ages 4–17 who live in Kentucky and are in Kentucky for telehealth visits. Your child should have an established pediatrician or family doctor, and a parent or guardian takes part in each visit. Already 18? Mineral Insight is the right fit.
No. Kids Mineral Insight is a focused wellness service that works alongside your child's pediatrician. It isn't well-child, urgent, or emergency care, and I don't prescribe medications. For new or worsening symptoms, call your pediatrician. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Kids Mineral Insight doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it isn't a substitute for your child's care team. Some families still find a look at nourishment, sleep, and routines helpful alongside that care. We'll talk through fit before you enroll.
Only when they're needed. Food, drinks, sleep, and routines come first. If supplements make sense, they're kid-appropriate and come with a clear order for starting them, so you're never starting five things at once. Supplement products aren't included in the price.
Your kit arrives in 5–7 days. Results are ready 2–3 weeks after the lab receives the sample, and we schedule your review then. The follow-up is 4–6 weeks after your review.
Older kids and teens are invited to take part in their own care, and we'll ask for their age-appropriate agreement. Parents and guardians receive the full results, written report, and plan for every child, at every age.
