I'm thrilled to share with you one of my all-time favorite recipes: grain-free granola. Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 1 cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw hulled pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
